food was amazing, fish was very fresh and staff was very kind. although there was no english menu, they gave their recommendations which made it easier to choose what i wanted. rice and salad is also free flow and overall very affordable

Visited the restaurant during dinner and managed to get a table without waiting. The staffs attended to us was friendly and indicate to us in advance that they do not have an English menu which we are fine, since we can translate using Google. The sashimi we ordered was fresh, delicious and good value. Definitely is a much try. Overall, this is the place to visit if you are a seafood lover when you visit Kurume.

Best sashimi bowl I have ever had. Cheap too!! The staff were super nice and very welcoming. Going again tomorrow.

We went here for lunch on a weekday. And their lunch special is an unbelievable value. For a thousand yen they bring out a selection of fresh fish on a tray to choose from. You can choose how it's cooked and then it's served with rice, miso soup, a small plate of sashimi pickled vegetables, and a small salad. For a thousand yen. This is a steal. I have no idea how they can stay in business and make a profit. The fish was absolutely delicious as were all of the sides The staff were very kind. The place is clean. We will definitely be going back. Back

This is a hidden gem. Excellent seafood: sashimi, stewed scallops and shrimps with one of the best garlic bread, fried scallops in dashi broth, and salt-grilled sea bream fish head. Service is excellent, even though staff don't speak much English. We managed to communicate through Google Translate and translated the hand written menu using ChatGPT.
